We are looking for an inside sales representative to join our team in Hopkinsville, KY!

The Warehouse Inside Sales position focuses on delivery of superior customer service by working directly with tire dealers via phone and/or email to provide information on products offered and works with customers to create solutions for their needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Provide information on tire brands, sizing, pricing, availability and shipping dates to customers.
• Works closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of product to customers
• Entering orders and processing invoices through POS system
• Provide general office support to location
• Assisting with applying payments to customer accounts and documenting payments for the credit department
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

· Strong organizations skills

· Superior customers service skills

· Extensive knowledge of sizing, categories, and brands of tires.

· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft office suite

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Work environment: Office Environment in Warehouse. May be subject to extreme temperatures.

Physical job requirements: Stand and/or sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with meal break.
